‘Lost’ seems to have finalised it’s ‘finale’ - 2010. 

 And because of the falling ratings, it’s going to run con-currently and none of this big ‘breaks’ between episodes.  With a plot so complex and so many characters, big breaks mean difficulty in picking up the story again and the suspense for months is just a nightmare.

Drive - the new tv drama series which features a mystery race to find $32M - contestants are chosen at random and delivered a mobile phone to receive instructions.  The series is amazingly filmed, just the best camera work ever.  Acting is OK for an American drama but it’s almost comic book in some places.  I need to watch the next few episodes to make a proper evaluation but the pilot looks promising.

Lost just gets crazier - Jack and friends are gassed and wake up to find ‘The Others’ have gone.  With them Lock is also gone. 

However, the blonde woman who is one of ‘the others’ is left behind.  Basically they have to form a co-allition posse….I tell you one thing, I wouldn’t want to play poker with the ‘others’ who seem to be seamless liars.

It’s intriguing where this series is going…..I still thing the purgatory thing is a reasonable explanation but we’ve still to find out about the Russian scientists who located the island via their equipment, as commissioned by Desmond’s girlfriend who is desperately looking for him.  That was about 6 months ago we say that or at the end of Season 2.

Come on script writers, geddit together!
